DigiTickets is now part of the Trekksoft family following an acquisition of the U.K.-based attraction and event ticketing platform.
The deal is the second for the Swiss company following its acquisition of Acteavo in 2015.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed but DigiTickets founder and managing director Richard Booker and the rest of the 29-strong team are remaining with the business.
DigiTickets was created in 2008 and has since sold more than 10 million tickets in 400 venues worldwide.

Trekksoft CEO Olan O'Sullivan, who came to the company via the Acteavo acquisition, says: Our group strategy is very much to acquire successful businesses and allow them the room to continue doing what they do well.
"We particularly like working with founders like Richard that are looking to grow the business and benefit from economies of scale rather than purely exit."
The wider Trekksoft Group was created in 2017 as an umbrella for the core Trekksoft software system for tours and activities suppliers, alongside the TrekkPay payment platform, TrekkConnect channel manager tool and Myobis system.
The group has over 100 people under its wing in offices in Interlaken, Zurich, Milan, Dublin and Minsk.
