Laters.com (formerly Fly Fairly) has raised $1.5 million in seed funding to grow its brand, expand its core business and add new products and verticals.
The round was led by XBO Ventures, the investment arm of digital asset platform XBO.com.
Laters.com is a flight search and booking platform that allows travelers to use different payment options, including buy now, pay later and cryptocurrencies.
Dor Maman, co-founder and CFO of XBO, said the firm invests in companies “that turn digital assets into something people actually spend.”
“Laters.com has done that at one of the sharpest points of friction there is: paying for a flight. The majority of its volume already moves outside the card networks, and that is where we think this market is going,” Maman said.
The Singapore-based startup launched in 2024 and acquired LFG, a Gen Z-focused travel discovery engine LFG, in 2025. In June, the company rebranded to Laters.com.
“Millennial and Gen Z travelers have spent a decade adapting to a booking experience built for their parents,” said Alex Yardley, founder and CEO of Laters.com.
“We built Laters.com around how this generation actually pays, and it turns out what we built works well beyond flights. So, we are doubling down on what works, and building for the needs this generation has been quietly working around for years. Some of that is travel. Some of it is not.”
