Berlin-based experiences marketplace GetYourGuide is launching new features and upgrades for its partners to help streamline operations, boost online presence and capture future demand.
The new and updated features include artificial intelligence (AI)-powered review management, a redesigned listing page, category expansion and enhanced discovery. The “Unlocked Fall 2025 Product Release” follows GetYourGuide’s April release of AI tools and additional capabilities alongside its offering of shows and events.

“In this landscape, experience partners face more pressure to stand out and higher expectations,” GetYourGuide said. "That’s why the team is aiming to provide its partners “with the tools to not just adapt to changes, but to thrive amid them.”
The new tools include:
“AI-Powered Review Management”: The AI-generated review summaries launched earlier this year will now include actionable recommendations, a QR code generator and custom link to make the collection of reviews simpler and also an “AI Reply Optimizer” to help partners create responses to feedback.
“Simplified Operations & Logistics”: The company has launched a redesigned page for product offerings so partners can manager their listings on one screen that looks similar to what customers using GetYourGuide can see.
“Significant Category Expansion”: The company is expanding its Shows & Events category as part of a strategy to add more categories including multi-day tours and theme parks.
“Enhanced Traveler Discovery”: GetYourGuide wants to improve discovery of experiences and the comparison process with redesigned “activity cards” that include customer reviews. That feature is paired with AI-powered filters and improved mobile search.
GetYourGuide has been vocal about its mission to help elevate partners’ content on its platform and said 60% of its partners are already using AI to run their businesses.
In April, Tao Tao, co-founder and chief operating officer of GetYourGuide, discussed how product updates can help partners excel.
“With technology on their side, they get more control and insights, helping them create unique, high-quality offerings that stand out in a competitive market," Tao said at the time.
And its focus on partner product development has been ongoing. In March 2024, GetYourGuide offered tools to help operators create products and also offered AI-powered location, keyword suggestion and improved analytics. It also added tools meant for influencer videos and AI content creation in October.
The company raised $194 million in 2023 to go towards product development and expansion, including AI.
