IAG (British Airways-Iberia umbrella brand) boss Willie Walsh is no shrinking violet when it comes to public statements - but has often been at the sharp end of Michael O'Leary's of Ryanair's wit.
But Walsh is clearly enjoying recentmoves by the Irish budget carrier to tighten up its image.
Whilst on a panel at the CAPA Summit in the Netherlands this week, Walsh made some critical remarks about the UK government's visa policy for Chinese travellers and lack of capacity at London Heathrow Airport.
But his appearance at the event will probably be better remembered for a video clip shown during his keynote from an Irish TV show, parodying Ryanair's new focus on being a slightly cuddlier airline.
