Rezdy has attracted $1 million from new and existing investors, including Menulog's CEO and founder Leon Kamenev (ex-founder of HotelClub), and Art of Online Marketing's (AOOM) founder Chloe Lim.
Investors in the tour and activity technology service provider in previous two seed rounds included Siteminder and Sydney Angel’s member and director of Rezdy, Les Szekely.
Rezdy's total investment so far stands at $1.5 million.
The Sydney-based company (TLabs here) claims that it is witnessing a significant increase in clients from the North America and European regions.
It will use the new fund to open a new office (expected to open this month) in San Francisco to serve international tour and activity service providers.
Rezdy says there are not any plans to open a European office, nor acquiring someone in the tour and activity sector.
CEO and founder Simon Lenoir says:

"To date, we’ve concentrated our sales and marketing efforts here in the Australian market but we’ve grown organically in other markets. Approximately 30% of our client base is overseas."
Rezdy has also increased the number of staff to 13 across all of its departments - IT, support, sales and marketing.
Competitors of Rezdy include Rezgo, TourCMS, and Trekksoft.
Founded in 2011, Rezdy has about 400 tour and activity customers and it has processed over $50 million in bookings.
