Guesty, a cloud-based
system to manage short-term and vacation rental listings across multiple
channels, is expanding its offerings with the integration of Agoda.
Originally focused on markets in
Asia Pacific, Agoda – part of Booking Holdings since 2007 – now has listings around the
world and service in more than 40 languages.
“We are thrilled that Agoda is now
joining Airbnb and Booking.com as direct integrations on the Guesty
platform,” says Amiad Soto, CEO and co-founder of Guesty.
“We are expanding our direct
integration with the top OTAs and booking channels to help Guesty users grow
their property management business.”
With this integration, property
managers with bookings done on Agoda will be able to see a breakdown for payments
showing the amount for the accommodation, cleaning fees, taxes and cancellation
fees.

In a statement, Guesty says this will
make it easier for property mangers to keep accurate financial records.
“We are glad to
announce our seamless connection to Guesty, one of the most innovative software vendors in the vacation
marketplace,” says Errol Cooke, vice president of partner
services at Agoda.
“Their intuitive
and easy-to-use property management solution backed by a team of dynamic and experienced professionals will
undoubtedly help property owners optimize their listings on Agoda Homes.”
Guesty launched in 2013. In addition
to channel management, the system offers property management software, payment
processing, communication tools, website creation tools, a portal for homeowners
and more.
Guesty is backed by Magma Venture
Partners, Buran Venture Capital and AltaIR Capital and is an alumni of the YCombinator
startup accelerator.
