Travelport is the first global distribution system to attain status as an NDC Level 3 Aggregator.
CORPORATE TRAVEL: Egencia now offers its rebooking services to clients around the globe. Its online air exchange allows travelers to change flights themselves via desktop or mobile, as well as provides instant access to fare changes or penalties.
PRICING: Yapta will offer its price-tracking services to Amadeus customers. Users of the GDS will have access to Yapta’s FareIQ and RoomIQ price assurance solutions for both airfare and hotel rates.
AI: Branded vacation rental network RedAwning has debuted a voice-based intelligent assistant named Scarlett to expedite customer service inquiries. Powered by Amazon Web Services, the technology is integrated with RedAwning’s backoffice database and assists in booking, canceling or changing reservations.
PAYMENTS: ARC and British Airways have completed tests and integration of a new settlement platform. The platform gives airlines the opportunity to run billing services on through existing processes and on the new connections that airlines are using via NDC-enabled integration with agencies.
