Marriott International and Spotnana have formed a direct integration that connects Spotnana to Marriott's central reservation system via a "proprietary patent-pending technology platform," the companies announced Thursday.
The integration gives corporates access to real-time pricing, inventory and detailed property content across Marriott's portfolio of more than 10,000 properties globally. As part of the integration, corporate travelers also can link their Marriott Bonvoy loyalty accounts to their traveler profiles in Spotnana-powered booking platforms.
On the servicing side, travelers can modify or cancel bookings directly within Spotnana-powered platforms without agent assistance, and travel agents can manage service requests for travelers via the Spotnana agent desktop.
"Spotnana’s modern infrastructure unleashes new capabilities like Reservation Delivery, providing customers with real-time visibility into traveler booking changes made through Marriott channels," Marriott chief commercial performance officer Shannon Patterson said in a statement. "This innovation helps customers better support their travelers and manage spend, and reinforces Marriott’s leadership in next generation corporate travel distribution.”
The partnership is similar to the one launched in July by Hilton and Navan, though the Spotnana-Marriott integration differs because Spotnana is not a travel management company (TMC) and instead acts as a technology and content provider to connect suppliers with TMCs, online booking tools, expense and other platforms.
Spotnana and Marriott are longtime partners, having launched Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy together back in 2024.
Though the latest integration news was only just publicly announced, a Spotnana spokesperson told The Beat that many of Spotnana's TMC partners already have made the integration live for corporate customers.
