Indian online travel agency MakeMyTrip has acquired control of Mumbai-based Quest2Travel (Q2T),
a corporate travel management company founded in 2000.
Q2T provides policy-compliant bookings, invoice generation, expense management and reimbursement through its online platform.
The company works with many India-based companies including Tata Motors, Aditya Birla Group and HDFC Ergo.
“This investment will help us extend our service offerings to large corporates for their travel requirements while helping Quest2Travel
benefit from the travel expertise and depth of supplier relationships that MakeMyTrip has forged over the years,” says Deep Kalra, founder and group CEO of MakeMyTrip.

MakeMyTrip also owns Goibibo and RedBus.
On Friday, Ctrip gained a 49% stake in MakeMyTrip following a share exchange with one of its investors, Naspers. The Chinese OTA had previously invested in MakeMyTrip in 2016 and 2017.
