DragonPass, a lounge provider for airports and rail stations, has received capital in an undisclosed funding round.
The round was led by Ocean Link Partners and Trip.com Group also participated.
A spokesperson for DragonPass says the funds will go towards developing its technology platform and global expansion.
The company operates globally, working with more than 1,300 lounges across 481 airports and 54 railway stations.
Private equity firm Ocean Link Partners focuses on the travel and leisure sector in China, with General Atlantic and Trip.com Group both shareholders in the business.
Earlier this year, American Express acquired LoungeBuddy, a digital platform for booking airport lounges.
