Ctrip’s Tours4fun is expanding its B2B business in India by acquiring stake in Travstarz Global Group.
Tours4fun’s B2B platform, RezB2b, will merge with TravelerzOnline to extend its offerings for travel agencies and DMCs to India and adjoining regions.

“We plan to acquire more companies in the global B2B market beyond India."

Sucheta Nagpal, CEO of Travstarz Global Group, says the alliance will allow the business to grow quicker and access technology “with the best worldwide inventory of flights, hotels, packages, transfers, sightseeing, visas, travel insurance and forex.”
“It is also a complete IT solution for travel agents, DMCs and hoteliers to seamlessly manage their content online and provide them a platform to sell their products to a worldwide audience,” Nagpal says.
Founded in 2009, Travstarz Global Group is the foremost Indian wholesaler for major luxury brands around the world.
ts DMC operations include Thailand, Mauritius, Maldives, Seychelles, Singapore, Malaysia, Eastern Europe, Azerbaijan and UAE.
Tours4fun, which designs tour packages with local experts, was bought by Ctrip in 2014. This expansion into India is the latest in Ctrip’s pursuit of the market, its most notable being a $180 million investment in MakeMyTrip in 2016.
