Fintech specialist Revolut has acquired Swifty, the artificial intelligence (AI)-powered travel agent that was developed within the Lufthansa Innovation Hub (LIH).
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but founders Stanislav Bondarenko and Tomasz Przedmojski join Revolut to help boost its agentic AI and travel technology capabilities.
Swifty, which launched in 2023, uses large language models and a conversational interface to help plan and book corporate travel, including payment and invoicing.

“Revolut provides the perfect umbrella for Swifty’s AI engine to redefine loyalty and customer experience in travel booking.”

Bondarenko described the acquisition as a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to scale our vision globally.”
“Together we’ll build an AI concierge that not only simplifies travel but anticipates everyday needs across all aspects of life,” he said.
Christopher Guttridge, head of loyalty at Revolut, said the acquisition strengthened the company’s position at the “intersection of finance, AI and lifestyle.”
“Through this move we’re gaining both talent and expertise in AI driven solutions, which will help us deliver even more personalized and seamless experiences to our customers.”
Swifty is not the only startup to successfully exit LIH with performance monitoring solution Cosmos, sustainability solutions company Squake and mobility startup Navit, all being spun out of the hub in recent years.
Revolut made its initial play in travel in 2021 with an Expedia-powered accommodation offering called Stays. It added vacation rentals to Stays in 2022.
