MyDigitalOffice (MDO), a cloud-based platform for sourcing, processing and storing hotel data, has acquired hospitality business intelligence specialist Datavision Technologies for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2004, Datavision’s platform provides hoteliers insights into a hotel’s operations and customer service levels. Through the acquisition, the Prague-based company will have access to myDigitalOffice’s growing data lake.
Maryland-based myDigitalOffice says the acquisition will enable hoteliers to automate and enhance reporting, while tapping into business intelligence. Customers will also benefit from a global team of more than 250 people “providing world-class 24x7x365 support and offering over 250 hotel system integrations,” according to the company.
