EasyJet has partnered with travel data integration specialist Traxo to help corporates keep track of business travel spending.
Companies can use Traxo technology to filter emails for confirmations from travel suppliers where bookings have been made direct.

The information can then be integrated with other systems so that companies have a wider view on who travelers have booked with as well as spend.
Andrea Caulfield-Smith, head of business development for easyJet says: “By partnering with Traxo, our corporate customers have the opportunity to use Traxo to get visibility of their business travel bookings which are made directly on easyJet’s website or mobile app.”
Traxo points to a 2018 study by the GBTA which reveals 68% of corporate travelers booked air tickets direct with carriers.
In addition, more than 80% felt their employers should know their travel plans ahead of time but less than 47% said companies had technology to capture itineraries.
