Personalization specialist BD4 and online distribution solutions company NetMatch have partnered to develop solutions for travel companies.
The pair have already provided technology to Belgian travel company Neckermann that combines anonymized user data with product insights to offer recommendations in real-time.
According to a release, the longer a visitor browses on the site, the “more refined their user experience becomes.”
Neckermann says it is increasing conversion rate as well as the average booking value as a result.
