Amadeus claims to have 750,000 unique properties in its portfolio of hotels, thanks to a deal struck this week with the Expedia Affiliate Network.
The agreement is the first time that EAN has supplied inventory into the Global Distribution System, giving it 350,000 hotels worldwide.
The properties will be available on the Amadeus GDS for agencies (offline and online) to search and book alongside other suppliers of content.

Amadeus already has direct booking deals with a number of hotel chains, such as Accor, as well as independent properties via its LinkHotel platform and other hotel bedbanks.
EAN's inventory includes chains, independent properties and serviced apartments.
Agencies booking EAN hotels will be able to add other elements of a trip into a booking (via the traditional Passenger Name Record), such as flights and car rental.
Director of hotel distribution at Amadeus, Peter Waters, says: "Travelers today demand a more personalized offer from travel sellers as they seek unique travel experiences.
"Having as much content as possible to choose from and reliable systems to process the search and booking is key for our customers."
Rival GDSs Sabre and Travelport claim to have 750,000 and north of 650,000 properties respectively.
