The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The company will share more information on the acquisition “in due course,” the spokesperson said.
Founded in 2009, ForwardKeys—which has updated its company banner to reflect that it is now “an Amadeus company”—provides data for destinations, brands and retailers, media and advertising agencies, hospitality providers, finance companies and other travel-dependent businesses.
Amadeus has had made acquisitions in recent years. In January, Amadeus acquired biometric technology specialist Vision-Box, and in March of last year, it acquired Voxel, a B2B payments specialist.
