Major US theme park company Cedar Fair is ready for Apple's Passbook
The owner of popular US amusement parks, such as Ohio's Cedar Point and Pennsylvania's Dorney Park, has used a Florida ticketing technology firm, Accesso, to be sure it can deliver tickets through Passbook as soon as the new iOS6 operating system is ready, probably when the latest iPhone appears next week.

Contiki Holidays partners with Lonely Planet to create a new app for its travelers
The leading group travel company for 18-35 year olds have launched Shout, an app for iPhone and iPad. Lonely Planet provides content for what's nearby as travelers go from location to location.
The app's main feature is its timeline, where passengers on a particular trip can upload photos, videos and messages to share with their fellow travellers, while simultaneously posting to their individual Facebook and Twitter accounts.

OnAir opens Wi-Fi service in Australia
Geneva's OnAir has gotten the nod from Australian regulators to provide inflight Wi-Fi service within Australian airspace. The SITA-owned company already has contracts with Emirates, Qantas and Singapore Airlines.
The company says it now has the most global coverage of inflight Wi-Fi and GSM mobile phone services after seven years of growth.
