Arizona-based
Simpleview and Liverpool-based Tourism Media Group are merging, creating a
global marketing organization that will serve more than 800 destination
marketing organizations, regional tourism organizations, hotels, attractions,
convention centers and arenas on six continents.
Simpleview
provides CRM, CMS, website design, digital marketing, revenue generation and
mobile technologies to clients around the world. Tourism Media Group, which
includes NewMind/tellUs Guestlink and NVG, provides tourism marketing websites
and online tools in Europe.

tourism organizations on both sides of the Atlantic a real desire to learn from
each other," says Simpleview CEO Ryan George.
