Habicus has grown through acquisition in the past with the company buying Citybase and Central London Apartments in May 2016.
The acquisition of The Apartment Service includes teams in London, Lancaster, Frankfurt, Madrid, Singapore, Washington, Denver and Hyderabad.
Charlie McCrow, CEO of The Apartment Service, says: “Between our brands, we offer the world’s finest serviced apartment booking solutions for business travel and relocation.”
McCrow adds that he now plans to focus on the Roomspace side of the business which is not part of the acquisition.
