Delta Air Lines boss Ed Bastian gave a snapshot of where the carrier is with various initiatives during a keynote session with IBM CEO Ginni Rometty at CES 2019 earlier this week.
He talked about the importance of data and employing AI techniques to create more efficient processes as well as take better care of customers.
