The company, which counts hotel chains including Melia Hotels and Barcelo Hotels & Resorts among its customers, has also unveiled new products including upselling and cross-selling solutions.
“This operation strengthens our growth in terms of hotel digitization solutions and allows us to enter a very interesting market niche in the industry, such as bookings for groups,” said Mariano de Oleza, CEO of Civitfun.
And Paolo Medeghini, who founded GRS in 2020, said: “We are sure that Civitfun will help us significantly to promote the automation of bookings for groups, it is a great opportunity.”
