with SiteMinder to offer its overseas accommodation providers an all-in-one management

Tujia says thousands of its listing have already been using
SiteMinder, and this partnership will strengthen the relationship between the
two systems and provide a better management experience.
“This cooperation will bring synergy and mutual benefits to
both companies,” says Xunzhang Huang, head of Tujia's overseas division.
“The new system will be sure to integrate the best prices with
the most optimized inventory, reducing the chance of refused or disputed orders
by at least 90%. Tujia is committed to guaranteeing the satisfaction of our
customers, as well as offering an enjoyable online booking experience, and the
announcement of this new initiative provides a fantastic new contribution to
our efforts in these areas."
Closed beta testing of the enhanced system is underway, and Tujia
expects to make it available to all overseas hosts soon.
Tujia says the new system will have accurate real-time inventory
of no fewer than 50,000 room nights each day.
“The rise of travel has created a need for accommodation
providers the world over to increase their speed to market and to provide an
experience that caters to the changing needs and preferences of every type of
consumer,” says Dai Williams, senior vice president of global partnerships for
SiteMinder.
“Our partnership with Tujia is simply about empowering small
accommodation providers to tap more deeply into the ever-growing, ever-unique
outbound Chinese traveler market and to compete more efficiently and
effectively as those guests search for a place to stay.”
