VIDEO: Futurestay - Summit pitch at Phocuswright 2018

Managers import properties and rules into the Dashboard, and Futurestay automates bookings, payments and guest interactions on its proprietary, industry-spanning grid.

Futurestay Smart Connections understands how a property’s rules intersect with the industry: i.e., automatically auditing a Booking.com invoice, chasing down a failed credit card, or calculating and issuing the correct refund for a VRBO cancellation.

This allows Futurestay to deliver end-to-end automation at scale.

Two years ago, HomeAway had nearly no instant booking, and less than 20% of Airbnb was instantly bookable. The vacation rental industry and its tech was built for manual booking requests.

Today, instant booking is king. Every major OTA lists vacation rentals alongside hotels to meet evolving traveler demand.

Futurestay’s industry-spanning grid automates bookings and communication, allowing the manual $140 billion private accommodation industry to merge seamlessly into the automated $490 billion hotel industry.
