Travel technology provider Travelsoft has made another acquisition, adding Germany-based travel technology software editor .Bosys Software GmbH.
Bosys provides mid- and back-office solutions and customer relationship management platforms for travel distribution companies and call centers, currently catering to travel agencies in Germany and Austria.
“.Bosys is a recognized and deeply rooted player in the German and Austrian travel agency ecosystem,” said Travelsoft founder and CEO Christian Sabbagh. “Its solutions play a critical role in daily operations for thousands of agencies.”
With the latest acquisition, Travelsoft now includes 12 companies. Most recently, in December, Travelsoft picked up airQuest, following its acquisition of TravelgateX, Atcore Technology and Travel Connection Technology in May 2024. In March 2023, it also picked up B2B travel booking engine provider Travel Compositor.
Sabbagh said that bringing Bosys into the Travelsoft fold will strengthen its presence in Austria and Germany while improving its ability to support travel professionals across operations.
The acquisition also gives Travelsoft greater coverage of the travel agency value chain, the company said, complementing its existing packaging, sourcing and distribution platforms.
Travelsoft plans to continue to invest in Bosys’ roadmap, with the team focusing on customer support, products and development.
