Lighthouse secures $370M in Series C growth investment

Lighthouse, an intelligence platform for the travel and hospitality industry, has secured $370 million in growth investment led by KKR.

The company (formerly OTA Insight) provides revenue managers, commercial leaders and accommodation owners with tools that drive incremental bookings, streamline operations and enable a better customer experience for guests.

This investment accelerates the company’s mission to reimagine commercial strategy for the travel and hospitality technology market. Lighthouse intends to use the investment to drive continued product innovation across its platform, strategic acquisitions and global expansion efforts.

Following its acquisitions in 2022 and rebranding in 2023, Lighthouse has acquired market data specialist HQ revenue and hospitality channel management and distribution software provider Stardekk this year.

This funding builds on the platform’s Series B investment round, where it raised $80 million in funding from Spectrum Equity. Existing investors F-Prime Capital, Eight Road Ventures, Highgate Technology Ventures and Spectrum Equity will continue their participation in the business.
