Vacation rental software company Ciirus has launched what it says is the industry’s “first direct, exclusive bedbank” for vacation rental homes.
Called HomeBeds, the initiative was developed by Ciirus in partnership with travel industry veterans Rich Bagshaw and Rob Dempster. It allows travel agents and tour operators access to more than 25,000 professionally managed homes, directly sourced in partnership with management companies on the Ciirus platform.
Through Ciirus, management companies can opt their homes directly into the HomeBeds program, eliminating the need for middlemen or complex integrations and enabling their homes for wholesale partners, travel agents and tour operators.

Ciirus says the HomeBeds initiative will bring new bookings and revenue-generating opportunities to its management companies. Agents, meanwhile, will have access to a robust selection of homes, condos, townhomes, apartments and luxury accommodations.
Ciirus customers in the Managed Distribution (Love Rentals) program, which serves retail bookings through major online travel agencies, will be automatically distributed to HomeBeds.
Florida-based Ciirus offers technology and professional services to management companies in 25 countries and 26 states in the United States.
