Hotel technology company IDS Next has acquired Shawman Software, a specialist in cloud-based hospitality solutions.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but IDS Next says the acquisition enables it to speed up the move to “full-stack enterprise cloud solutions” for hotel groups and chains.

With the addition of cloud-based Point of Sales (POS), table booking software, spa, sales and catering and club management, we will be able to further accelerate our growth and extend our offering in our cloud and hybrid models on Microsoft Azure."
IDS Next offers a range of solutions including contactless check-in, front desk, guest request and housekeeping management as well as inventory management.
Shawman, which specializes in food and beverage, leisure and wellness cloud solutions and is said to complement IDS Next’s existing services.
