Brazil-based PassHub, a B2B platform for travel agencies, has raised approximately $1.5 million in a pre-seed round led by Parceiro Ventures.
Co-founder Alan Matheus confirmed the news on LinkedIn, writing that while the funding is “a huge milestone,” it is “still just the beginning” for the company.
In a separate LinkedIn post, Parceiro Ventures said PassHub addresses “a real problem in a market long overdue for change” by centralizing travel agencies’ access to consolidators and suppliers, giving them “the best pricing across the market without jumping between systems.”
“We look forward to the journey ahead with the entire PassHub team,” the firm wrote.
PassHub grew out of Passabot, which was founded in 2025 and allows travelers to buy airline and bus tickets via WhatsApp. According to Matheus, the company created PassHub after seeing a bigger opportunity in automating processes for travel agencies.
In an initial investment round in January, Passabot raised approximately $230,000, primarily from angel investors.
“Brazil has already proven that it can be world-class in technology. Just look at what we’ve done with fintechs in recent years,” Matheus wrote in a post translated from Portuguese. “I strongly believe that Brazilian tourism is going down the same path.”
