TourHub, an online marketplace for group and adventure tours, has raised £3 million in combined equity and debt financing.
The funding will be used to develop AI-powered search and booking capabilities and improve tools for tour operators, TourHub CEO Seamus Conlon said in a LinkedIn post.
TourHub also plans to expand marketing efforts in its existing markets—the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Australia—grow its operator network and add jobs at its headquarters in Cardiff, Wales.
The round includes equity investments from existing backers Development Bank of Wales, Waterspring Ventures and a group of angel investors. Finstock Capital provided long-term debt financing.
TourHub reported £23 million in sales in 2025, up nearly 40% year over year, bringing cumulative sales since its launch to £45 million.
The platform currently lists more than 15,000 tours from 750 tour operators worldwide and plans to increase its operator network to 1,000 by 2027.
“TourHub has made strong progress since our first investment, growing its international reach and building a platform that connects travelers with a wide range of experiences,” said Tom Linney, investment executive at the Development Bank of Wales. “This third round of funding demonstrates our continued support for Seamus and the team as they build on that momentum and create further skilled jobs in Cardiff.”
The financing follows a £1 million funding round in October 2023, which the company used to expand its tour operator network.
