Guest management platform Duve has raised $60 million in its Series B round, bringing total funding to $85 million.
The round was let by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with participation from existing investors such as XT Venture Capital.
“This marks a major milestone in our mission to deliver personalized, AI-powered guest experiences to hotels worldwide,” the company wrote on LinkedIn.
“With hospitality undergoing rapid digital transformation, hotels are embracing unified guest journeys and automation that enhances—not replaces—human warmth.”
Duve said the capital will be used for global expansion, confirming plans to open global locations in the U.K, Germany, Thailand and an unnamed Asian location “to support the company’s local approach.”
Funds will also help strengthen artificial intelligence (AI)-powered infrastructure for the hotel sector. Duve said its connected AI agents will help properties “deliver richer guest experiences, automate more processes and scale revenue in a way that is both efficient and brand consistent.”
“Duve was built on a simple belief: Hotels shouldn’t have to choose between delivering personal hospitality and embracing technology,” said Duve CEO and co-founder David Mezuman.
“We help every hotel truly know its guests and deliver individualized stays at scale, while unlocking meaningful revenue opportunities.”
Last January, Duve acquired hotel technology company Easyway for an undisclosed amount. In 2022, Duve also landed $10 million in funding.
