U.K.-based Beyonk has acquired Goliath Reservation Systems, which trades as BookingHound, in a “deal aimed to create the largest experiences booking platform in the U.K.,” the companies say.
Exact terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed, but Beyonk CEO Oscar White says it’s a seven-figure transaction size “based on the scale the BookingHound shareholders managed to reach within their business.”
The deal will consolidate more than 6,000 bookable experiences and more than one million event listings across the U.K. and allow Beyonk to offer BookingHound’s software to customers.
Founded in 2019, Beyonk provides ticketing tools for experiences providers to help them maximize revenue while cutting down administrative tasks. It also offers white-label marketplace software for destination marketing organizations and travel brands.

BookingHound, founded in 2006, is a feature-rich online booking system designed to address complex business requirements.
“Our goal is to build the world’s biggest experience booking platform. That begins with empowering experience providers to grow their businesses with powerful software, whilst providing white-label marketplace software to major event promotion platforms, so consumers can easily find and book experiences,” White says.
“Part of our strategy is to bolster our 250% annual organic growth rate with inorganic growth. For all of our white-label marketplace users – from tourist boards to travel brands – they’ll have access to more inventory to sell to their millions of website visitors. Whilst we’ll be able to serve more specialist businesses through what we believe is the most configurable platform on the market with BookingHound.”
