The Europe-focused online tour operating business has annual turnover of €600 million and serves approximately one million customers.
It specializes in packaging to 20 destinations in Europe, including ski and beach trips.
The company was formed 25 years ago and has a headcount of 500 across offices in the Netherlands and Switzerland, with engineering and web development housed at a facility in Girona, Italy.
The acquisition is the first for Triton in the online travel sector. It has previously invested in airport services and ground transportation brands.
