Aven Hospitality is partnering with Hovr to integrate its video technology into Aven's booking engine, offering hoteliers immersive video deployment at the end of the booking process.
The partnership aims to give properties across all markets the ability to adopt a video strategy that resonates with both hospitality commercial teams and travelers.

With the incorporation of Hovr’s technology, Wiseman said Aven is providing clients and travelers with tools that can inspire, engage and convert.
Jason Craparo, CEO of Hovr, said the partnership reflects the companies’ shared vision to address shifting traveler expectations—including demand for video content during the booking process.
“By integrating Hovr into Aven’s Booking Engine, we empower hotels to provide their guests with seamless and convenient video deployment, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty,” Craparo said.
A Hovr spokesperson told PhocusWire the company tracks engagement rate, views, click-through rate, average watch time, time to checkout after viewing, conversion rate and influenced revenue tied to bookings.
The videos are driving measurable results, according to Hovr.
Travelers who watch a Hovr video are five times as likely to book, and 95% of travelers who watch their first video convert within 15 minutes of watching, the spokesperson said. A/B testing has shown a roughly 40% increase in conversions and a 32% bump in revenue, the spokesperson said.
The partnership comes as Aven seeks to modernize its platform and support an AI-discoverable landscape for agentic bookings. Teresa Mackintosh, CEO of Aven Hospitality, told PhocusWire the area was earmarked for investment during a CEO Spotlight interview last month.
“We’re making a lot of investments in our booking engine and a lot of investments around payments and retailing—really driving to become the commerce hub for our hoteliers,” Mackintosh said.
