London-based
GuestReady - one
of PhocusWire’s Hot 25 Startups for 2019 - has raised an additional $6 million,
bringing its total Series A round of funding to nearly $10 million.
The round was
co-led by Impulse VC and VentureSouq, with participation by additional existing
investors including Boost Heroes, Aria Group and 808 Tech Ventures.
GuestReady manages
more than 2,000 short-term rental properties in more than a dozen cities in the
United Kingdom, France, Portugal, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
The company says
it will use the funding to further develop its proprietary property management
software and to continue expanding in Europe and Asia, possibly through
acquisitions of locally successful property management companies.

In the past six
months, GuestReady has been quickly growing.
In April it
acquired Paris-based Airbnb-management company BnbLord, and in December it acquired
Oporto City Flats, a short-term rental operator in Porto, and it took over management
of We Stay in Paris, a French property manager.
In addition to
marketing residential properties on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com,
GuestReady helps property owners maintain compliance with local housing
regulations and provides guest services and property maintenance.
