Blizzard Internet Marketing has found itself with another new owner, just two years after it was acquired by vacation rental platform RedAwning.
Beyond Pricing - one of PhocusWire’s Hot 25 Startups for 2019 - has bought the company for an undisclosed fee and will transfer all the assets, staff, contracts and ongoing business from RedAwning.
Blizzard is a specialist in web hosting, website design, paid search and email marketing for vacation rental companies.
It will retain the brand name it has operated under for 23 years.
Beyond Pricing will integrate Blizzard's portfolio of services into its own revenue management, channel services and analytics platform.
The company raised $42.5 million to develop its dynamic pricing tools for the short-term rental market in September last year.
Bessemer Venture Partners led the Series A round, which significantly topped Beyond Pricing’s previous seed and post-seed funding total of $3.5 million.
