Wyndham Hotels & Resorts said it is now bookable in Meta’s Muse, Instinct and OpenAI’s Dots as it reported results for the third quarter of 2026.
The company said it is seeing low traffic from these channels but that it was “embracing these agents through our brand website, through our MCP engines.”
CEO Geoffrey Ballotti said that it can work with the agents at “very little investment” because of its prior work to boost its technology stack.
“We are providing our inventory directly to these agents. As they query and they come in, to our CRS via brand web, via our MCP or via our voice channels on the brand web queries, they are acting just like a guest would on voice queries,” he said. “They are talking to our Wyndham Connect agents, that we have talked a lot about, who are interacting with these Muse agents or these Instinct agents or these Dot agents, who want to talk to our hotels.”
Ballotti also shared that Wyndham Connect, its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered guest communications platform, has generated “tens of millions of dollars in year-to-date opportunities for participating franchisees.”
Even small franchisees are seeing gains of between $500 and $2,000 in monthly revenue gains, he said.
Meanwhile its voice platform, Wyndham.AI Concierge, is handling “tens of thousands of previously missed calls” and converts reservation requests at a higher average daily rate than listed rates, Ballotti said.
Wyndham reported a 7% increase to net revenue to $410 million in Q3 compared to the same period in 2025. Net income decreased 6% to $99 million year over year.
