In 2025, our entire focus will
be on the customer — both our enterprise partners and the travelers using
iWander. We’ve seen early signs of stickiness, but now it's time to dive
deeper. We’ll be measuring exactly how people are engaging with the
platform, what travelers want and how we can make it even easier for
our partners to integrate iWander into their existing tech stack.
On the product side, it’s about constant
improvement. We want to keep delivering ever-better in-destination experiences,
making each trip more personal, seamless and engaging. By learning from every
interaction, we’ll continue to enhance our AI, ensuring that every traveler
feels like they have a guide who truly understands their unique journey and
desires.
Lessons learned since founding
A key lesson since founding
our company is how from startups to global giants, we are all grappling
with similar issues when building with AI: how to harness AI effectively,
how to personalize experiences in real time and how to make good use of
our proprietary data.
Building with AI demands flexibility, a willingness
to act fast and a rethink of how to structure tech stacks for an AI
future, and this makes me incredibly bullish on the role of start-ups and
small, lean product teams for this next wave of innovation.
