Festicket, a platform for music experiences, has raised $4.6 million, less than two months after it attracted a $10.5 million round.
Edge Investments, which specializes in creative industries, is providing the funding this round.
Festicket, based in the United Kingdom, provides travel packages including festival tickets, accommodation and transfer for travelers to events.
The company also has offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Berlin and Porto, working with more than 1,200 festivals across 50 countries.
Festicket, which has raised just over $24 million including this latest injection, says the funding will go towards establishing a presence in new markets such as North America and Asia. It is also looking to further develop its technology platform.
An “exclusive membership tier” for festival fans is also in the pipeline for this year.
Back in November, when it announced its Series D funding of $10.5 million, Festicket also hinted a expansion to more verticals in live events.

Edge Investments director David Fisher says: “The experience, events and festival markets continue to grow exponentially and Festicket is strategically positioned to benefit from these combined trends as a horizontally integrated platform.”
Festicket chief executive officer Zack Sabban describes Edge as a “perfect match” as an investor because of its music industry knowledge and understanding of “our approach to content and community.”
