Boom, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered property management system (PMS), has secured $12.7 million to fuel expansion and recruitment.
The round was led by Avenue Growth Partners, with support from former Hilton International CEO Ian Carter, CEO of Goldman Properties Scott Srebnick and co-founder of Siemplify Garry Fatakhov, among others. Boom noted that these investors have previously supported the company as private backers.
Founded in 2023, the startup is currently developing “next-generation agentic AI” for the short-term rental and hospitality sectors. The latest funding will be put towards international expansion, strengthening of go-to market presence and hiring in the engineering, data science and customer success areas.

“Our mission is to take the heavy lifting out of property management so operators can deliver better guest experiences and build stronger businesses,” said Shahar Goldboim, CEO and founder of Boom.
“Our agentic AI modules are already driving results today, and this raise will help us scale that impact—improving guest satisfaction, increasing profitability for managers and giving them a better work-life balance.”
Boom is currently used by hospitality businesses in 20 countries. The company said it puts AI “at the core of hospitality operations,” automating processes such as guest communications, operational task management and more.
“Boom is creating a genuinely new category with its AI-first approach to hospitality operations. The team has already proven their platform can deliver immediate value, and their vision for agentic AI takes that potential even further,” said Brian Goldsmith, co-founder and partner at Avenue Growth Partners.
