It's hard not to get a bit tired of hearing about Millennials and the importance of marketing to them.
Aren't they just individuals or customers after all?
But, when you start to think that they currently represent the largest generation, at almost 80 million, it's probably not wise to ignore them.
Last week in London a whole conference, Millennial 20/20, was devoted to them with Expedia revealing some research on the cohort.
Not only are they the largest generation but advances in technology mean they've grown up with more information and devices at their finger tips than other generations.
