The folks over at Usablenet have been crunching the data to come up with a pretty good infographic which outlines the answer to these questions (and more).
In short, Usablenet has found - unsurprisingly - that millenials are apparently leading the mobile travel charge, including spending over a third of their travel research time using a device of some description.
Furthermore, multi-channel is becoming a massively important consideration for travel brands - Expedia, for example, sees 40% of its customers using multiple devices to book a travel product.
