The always connected traveller - a concept we've been going on about for a few years now to illustrate how devices have changed how users interact with brands and one another.
Mobile battery pack manufacturer Mophie has pulled together a range of statistics to show what travellers are doing with their devices when on the road.
Of course, as more activities are carried out on a device, up goes the amount of data which gets used, especially when viewing or downloading media such as videos .
There is also inevitably a significant difference between the volume of data, activities and usage between leisure and business travellers. Needless to say, mobile travel is a system and business model issue.
