ReFly, a platform that helps airline passengers obtain compensation for delays and cancellations, has partnered with Investa Partners, which will lead ReFly’s €10 million Series A round.
Founded in 2025, the London-based startup said it previously raised €2 million in seed funding.
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate automation of ReFly's digital platform and to expand its brand awareness and legal network. It will also help the startup expand internationally and build its subscription-based travel benefits program, ReFly Prime, and its upcoming flight and hotel booking platform, ReFly Booking.
"This partnership with Investa Partners represents an important milestone in ReFly’s development. It will strengthen our access to international investors and support our ambition to build a leading global travel technology platform,” said Mohamed Eiweada, ReFly founder.
On LinkedIn, ReFly describes itself as a "legal tech startup" that "fights for air passengers’ rights." The company also states on its website that it maintains a legal team to secure compensation for travelers.
Travelers can be compensated for flight delays of more than three hours, denied boarding due to overbooking and short-notice flight cancellations. ReFly also says it can assist in the event an airline doesn't respond to a compensation request.
