TripAdvisor's dominance in the world of online hotel activity is illustrated once again with data showing it is capturing one tenth of traffic to accommodation sites in the US.
The user review brand (and now metasearch site) added 0.25% to its market share between June and July this year, putting it at more than double that of the growing Priceline-owned Booking.com site.
The highest ranking chain in the US is Marriott with 2.5% market share in the destination and accommodation category.
