Travel Republic has joined up with data analytics specialist bd4travel to build "personalised shopping experiences".
After a period of testing, the Emirates-owned online travel agency, is using bd4travel technology which automatically builds profiles on each visitor to the website and focuses on what each traveller wants.
Ian Simmonds, managing director of UK-based Travel Republic, says:

"The bd4travel live profiling of every user gives us a predictive precision that was previously not possible. We can now target offers to our clients in the way that suits them and significantly improves their shopping experience."
Travel Republic is bd4travel's largest UK customer and now plans to develop its own applications based on the data specialists profiles.
bd4travel received Series A funding of $4.2 million two years ago.
The Germany-based company (startup pitch here) was founed in 2013.
