What defines a great startup culture? And is it one that follows the footsteps of Silicon Valley startups?
Employees will apparently cool breakout areas, flexible working hours, unlimited leave, and numerous other benefits that seem too good to be true.
Having produced the likes of Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, the Valley’s culture has long been fawned upon by many aspiring founders worldwide.
But should it be emulated in other markets, given the differences in culture?
