As the debate drones on regarding commercial flights for unmanned aerial vehicles in the United States, an enterprising blogger couple has taken ten months to document their home country via drone.
The "Poland by Drone" project has led to an impressive slate of of places in Poland, including many castles, historical squares, the house Chopin was born in, and a giant ski jump.

Many have predicted that 2015 would be the "Year of the Drone," as equipment costs have plummeted while user interest explodes.
It's only a matter of time before tourism organizations worldwide have extensive libraries of drone footage to support their marketing efforts - and there are certainly plenty of amateur hobbyists out there ready to record the world and supplement the global archives.
