Tourism New Zealand is calling on young travellers to say what they would trade for the chance to win one of six two-week holidays to the destination.
The tourism organisation has unveiled its Stories Beat Stuff campaign, which runs over the course of next year and aims to provide young travellers with information about the destination while encouraging them to enter the competition.
The destination marketing organisation says the 15 to 29 age group makes up almost 25% of annual arrivals and has the potential for further growth.
The campaign, which includes STA in the UK and Air New Zealand as partners, will be extended across the DMO's website as well as Facebook and YouTube.
The deadline to win one of the first two trips is December 7 with a further four to be unveiled next year.
Competition winners will be asked to donate items they have offered to trade to charity.
