It's all change at online travel agency Travel Republic this morning with the announcement that chief executive Kane Pirie and co-founder Chris Waite are leaving the business.
Fellow co-founder Paul Furner will assume the role of CEO with a statement providing no further details of the departures.
Other moves as part of the management shuffle see Ian Simmonds become chief financial officer, Elliott Pritchard, chief marketing officer and Adam Gill, chief technology officer.
Chief commercial officer Chris Roche continues in the same role.
Travel Republic was acquired by Dnata Worldwide Travel, a subsidiary of the Emirates Group, in January last year and at the time Pirie said there were no plans to change the strategy or staff.
Today's announcement includes the following statement from chairman Ian Andrew:
"With our management team, we have a strong foundation for international growth with sites across the UK, Italy, Germany, Ireland and Spain."
Travel Republic was founded in 2003 and has grown steadily to become of the UK's leading OTAs.
